Chapter 11 A Seperate Hall for Drinking To take drinks which will intoxicate a person, and Madhu, as they call it in sanskrit, there was a separate hall. All situations were chaotic there due to the consumption of drinks, full to the brim , or half consumed.All the side dishes like cooked and raw mutton and animal parts were strewn all over, parts of the killed animals and birds were visible everywhere. Sundarakandam Chapter 6-10

Chapter 06 Searching inside the palace of Ravana Aanjaneyar searches the houses of Ravana’s sons, Bruhasthan, MahaPaarsvan, Kumbakarnan, Vibheeshanan,Mahodharan, Viroopaakshan and others to around twenty houses. ( I am wondering while searching in the night, Aanjaneyar could see and identify the occupants of the palaces, may be nameboards must have been there). The house design and construction, costly and hanging type decorative lamps, Sleeping cots with edges studded on either side with costly diamond s and precious stones, aartistically carved doors project the life style at those times.It depicts the highly civilized and enjoyable lifestyle they were following.
